Bárbara Lago was born in a small town in the north of Spain. In 2015, she moved to A Coruña, where she began her journey in electronic music and established herself as a DJ.

From the age of 16, she showed interest in electronic music, attending events and immersing herself in the scene. At 22, she bought her first DJ equipment, and a year later she began performing in local clubs.

In 2016, after several performances at the Wake Up Electronic Parties, she became resident DJ at El Pelícano in A Coruña. This residency significantly raised her profile and visibility in the Spanish and Portuguese electronic music scenes. She held the residency for about four years.

Her musical style has always been rooted in techno, but it has evolved significantly. She started with more melodic techno, then moved through acid techno and industrial textures, hard techno, and even trance influences. Her sets are known for their high energy, raw power, rave-inspired elements, and contrast between cold, harsh textures and driving rhythms.

She has played at many major festivals and clubs across Spain, Portugal, and beyond: Dreambeach, Florida 135, City Hall, Family Club, LAB, Rebels, El Row, and others. She’s shared stages with artists such as Amelie Lens, Oscar Mulero, Paco Osuna, I Hate Models, Fjaak, and more.

In her role as producer, she released her debut EP Emergency Control in September 2023 on No Mercy Records. The EP features three original tracks (Fade Out, Control My Body, Emergency Control) and two remixes by Skryption and Marco Leckbert. She also contributed the track “World in Chaos” to the compilation InnerGate for Ukraine – #StandWithUkraine by the Berlin label INNERGATED.
